ELIGIBILITY

Use of www.Team3C.in, either by registration or by any other means, is available only to persons, who are Citizens of India, who are 18 yrs of age and above and persons who can enter into a legally binding contract, and or are not barred by any law for the time being in force.

 

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE PROVIDER

Form and nature of the Services which Team3C provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Team3C may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at Team3C's sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. Normally, You do not need to specifically inform Team3C when you stop using the Services. You acknowledge and agree that if Team3C disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

 

You agree to allow us to add you as a client on the Income Tax Department web services to submit ITR, retrieve ITR-V, refund status, 26AS, etc.

 

You acknowledge and agree that while Team3C may not currently have set a fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the Services or on the amount of storage space used for the provision of any Service, such fixed upper limits may be set by Team3C at any time, at Team3C’s discretion.

USE OF THE SERVICES BY YOU

While preparing your return / filing your return or to provide advice about tax matters, you will need to provide information about your income, investments, credits, dependents, etc. Collectively, this information is known as tax return information. In order to use Team3C Services, you will need to provide your tax return information. You agree that any information you give to Team3C will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

 

We will prepare the return as per the data given by you. Team3C is only medium/platform between you and income tax department for filing the income tax return and other related services. You will be solely responsible for any action taken against you by the income tax department.

 

You will not access any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Team3C, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Team3C. You specifically agree not to access any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers) and shall ensure that you comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the Services. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services. Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Team3C, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.

 

You will be solely responsible for (and that Team3C has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Team3C may suffer) of any such breach. Team3C will not be held responsible for the data loss / data breach due to hacking of the server/system or due to any other technical reason.

 

No Illegal, Infringing or Abusive Message Content or Conduct: You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for your User Content, and

agree not to post any content that is unlawful, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libellous, obscene, invasive of the privacy of another person, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, infringing, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate. You further agree that you will not otherwise engage in, or encourage others to engage in, illegal or abusive conduct or activities. You also agree not to submit false or harassing reports or complaints to Team3C about other users.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded as per the discretion of the Company.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprisings, earthquakes, floods or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

 

JURISDICTION

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract the breach thereof, shall be settled by sole arbitrator appointed by Team3C in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

 

The terms of the agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Vapi, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website.

LIABILITY OF Team3C

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Team3C shall have no responsibility to provide You access to this Website while interruption of Team3C is continued, due to any such cause mentioned here.
